Its a huge top banner for a layout, I may need to resize it, but even then, I dont know what code to use to position it all at the top of the page

I am doing this on a standard-like layout, not a DIV

I just dont know an easy way to position image links at the top of a profile like some band pages do

I'm not so good at making DIV's, I am just beginning to use IMAGE MAPPING which is new to me, I did a successful IMAGE MAP once and the one I am doing now sucks :(

you make them from scratch or just modifying them?
